Maddie has this book memorized! The crazy thing was it only took about a week of reading it, and she could recite the whole thing! She loves letters.

This one, I just love so I wanted everyone to see it.

So, I need help choosing! There is a photo contest for the cutest kid and since Emrie is one of the cutest kids ever, along with Maddie and Ella, (sorry for bragging) I want to enter a picture of her. The contest is for $100 gift certificate to my favorite children's store. They want them doing something Valentine-y. Which do you like best/ which do you think has a chance at winning?

Dressmaker, dressmaker...

I just wanted to post more pictures of the beautiful dress to show off Mom's amazing work! She's got some skills!

I got it dry cleaned, but I can still see the spots where she spit up if I look close. Were they supposed to be able to get them out??? (Melinda?) I just don't want them to turn yellow in 5 years! Can't dry cleaners get almost anything out? I mean that's how they preserve wedding dresses, right? It also came back missing a button. Hmmm...

Right after the blessing day Ella broke out in horrible baby acne! I have been trying to catch a smile on camera, but this is the best I got.

Our bro is a hot tamale! What do you guys think of Cole's pics? There were so many I liked and I wanted to share them all with you! Feedback would be awesome... which ones are best? Should I make some b&w? Mom and Cole, I would really appreciate hearing from you the most!

I enjoyed doing this photo shoot a ton. Its nice to just be able to shoot without having to entertain and keep up great conversation. I especailly loved when Cole was just playing his guitar and I was just shooting away. We work well together, what can I say? I think they turned out awesome... thanks for the opportunity, Cole.

Baby Ella-to-be

Just thought I'd give everyone a quick baby update! At 38 weeks I am considered full term, but that doesn't mean much...

The baby has dropped, which simply means that her head presses on my pelvic bones and her shoulders are wedged between my hips. Soemtimes she hits nerves in my hips that send pulses through my legs. Walking is fun. The pregnancy waddle is a true condition, but I concentrate and try to abstain in public. Unfortunately, I have not dilated or thinned at all, so we're just playing the waiting game! At this point I am not getting my hopes up for an early delivery and am just praying for a Turkey Day at home, baby or no.

Also... it became apparent last night that we are still undecided on a middle name!!! I love Ella Mae, but Mike is not convinced. Anybody have other ideas?
